How many people have collection videos?

Just curious if any people here have filmed their collection in some way shape or form.  The two I know of off-hand are Penguin and pyro, but has anyone else?  I might do a slide show at some point.  It'd have to wait for BK:FoP to be featured in it though.  image

Perhaps we could make a sticky thread of "post your collection video" or something.  image

Yes I do!!, ha, I am hoping to make another updated one soon in the next few months when I complete my N64 collection, my other vid is ok, but it is very outdated and not as sharp as I'd like it to be, we have a lot of big ideas for the next one...
  • I think I did for insurance reasons...maybe I just took pictures.
  • I have one...somewhere... It's not under my own personal YouTube account, but it is under a friend's. The video itself is top secret material, though...that and the fact I really sound like an idiot in it image .
  • I've been meaning to make one for a while. Like years and years now. Its just, every time I am about to make one, I think to myself "Well, I might as well wait until the next package comes in..."

My thoughts exactly! I keep waiting and waiting...... and waiting till I have more stuff X)
  • I made a quick one a long time ago, but much has changed.
  • At this point for me it would be a short video image
  • Hehe.. I've been waiting for a place to post my video. image It's of my connected consoles. I made it back in 2003, so it's a bit dated . I have some videos of my main collection, but I lost the disc I had them backed up to. Once I get my new collection room finished I'll make a video of it.

That doesn't work, it just sends me to "my videos" of my own channel.

    fixed

  • Hmmmmm, I'll have to make one eventually ...
  • All my stuff is in boxes currently...I can film the boxes if you wish
  • I could kinda sorta film my collection...compy's a desktop and I got a webcam without any internal memory. So I'm bound by the cord.

There's glimpses of it in my guitar playing videos, though...hahaha. http://www.youtube.com/thygod

Are they factory authorized service center boxes? image
  • I was working on some but I update my collection too often so I would have to make videos every week.
  • I have 4 collection videos -

If you go to the description in the upper right corner there are links to the other 3. I especially like part one because the editing I did was funny. They all have my favorite NES tunes. Enjoy!
  • Spoonman I love your video good work man!

Did you guys see this one... competition for DreamTR:

  • That's a lot of stuff, but he's got a ton of doubles, and I'm pretty sure that person is a reseller at a flea market or eBayer in Canada...I mean, if you're counting doubles and all that, anyone can have lot of stuff =P I am sure the biggest collection in the US is probably Joe Santulli with 35,000 games between his store and his house..... privately and different he's probably got like 20,000-25,000 I would say, but I don't know, I've never seen it, just heard about it

Privately, I've got 15,000+ different video games not counting accessories, and about 100 standup arcade and pinball machines...

Wow!!! Everytime someone new comes to my house, they say they can't believe how many games I have. I just laugh, they have no idea.
  • I wouldn't even want a collection that large. Who the hell wants something taking up that much space. I know a guy with 17000 copies of just the aladdin games, btw.     He might challenge joe for that "most games" crown.
  • I did a test video showing my near complete loose NES set. I have found out I need better lighting. I keep my room pretty dim, so i guess I will have to bring in another light source when I film. Its not great video, I fumble around with my words some and shake the camera. I guess it comes with practice.
