Crazy guy saying hi. :)
Hello, Everyone. I'm Tom from Florida, US. I have been an avid video game collector as long as I can remember, but I don't specialize in any specific console. I collect everything and anything. However I would say that I am a novice-intermidiate NES collector. I have 32 titles CIB, and about 60 loose cartridges. And also a good mix of commons and rares - like Bubble Bobble Part 2 CIB, Bee 52, Duck Tales 2 and Rescue Rangers 2 to name a few
I decided to join the forum, because I am interested in the history of video games, and also because I am obsessed with cataloging them. In fact, I try to catalog every single video game ever made for any system on my personal website.
Anyways, it's nice to be here, and I plan to stick around and absorb as much info as I can, and educate myself further into the NES history.
One question, though. Is there a place on this site where users can post their collections, and also possibly trade with eachother? That seems like a logical thing for a community of collectors, but I haven't found it yet.

Sounds like you are looking for Collector's Corner: http://nintendoage.com/forum/categories.cfm?catid=5. Feel free to start a thread there with pics of your collection. People love looking at others' collections.
After that you may want to start a for sale/for trade (FS/FT) thread, or maybe a want to buy/want to trade for (WTB/WTTF) thread. Refer to the FAQ http://nintendoage.com/pub/faq/NA/ for guidelines and rules.
We love absolutely anything game related, so don't feel you have to just show off or offer for trade your Nintendo stuff.
Have fun!
There is a ton of information here.

Welcome fellow Floridian, whereabouts are you from?
I live in the Orlando area, in Windermere. How about yourself?
