DONE! WTTF Super Nintendo Everdrive w/console

DONE DEAL! THANKS ICHINISAN!

It was suggested on AtariAge I come here to try and trade my Everdrive.    Hi all!

I would like to trade my extra N64 Ultra Everdrive V3 cartridge. It has only been opened for testing then put away. I put in my SD card and booted it up. Works perfectly.

It comes in its clamcase with instructions and stickers. It NOW DOES include a 4GB SD card thanks to my great wife!

I would like to try and trade for a SNES Super Everdrive with system+controller.

I realize this might be a stretch but going dollar for dollar this should be a close to even trade. N64 Ultra Everdrive Deluxe is $215. Super Everdrive Deluxe is $114. Console with power and one controller range $50.

I have feedback:

On AtariAge here: ClassicGMR

On eBay here: classicgamer

I can't get the picture to attach properly so here's the photo: http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g14/furrykitty1/Ultra%20N64_zpslel6lplt.jpg

For those of you that care about stuff like this:

I bought one for my son (who's 25) beginning of last year when I could pre-order the v3. I paired it with an N64 I already bought him for Christmas. He said he wanted another N64 because he "had a ton of fun to playing it when he was growing up". Fast forward to last month - I bought an Everdrive recently for an N64 console I had in my office just collecting dust. I remembered how awesome his was and figured I should have one too. I was right - it IS awesome. He comes by, sees me playing Pokemon and tells me he'll give me back his multicart because he never used it. That's why I now have 2. You're getting the new one and I'm keeping his.

Update 7/20 - Now includes a 4GB SD card formatted and tested.

  • I haven't checked, but I bought NES, SNES, and N64 ever drives last year and from what I recall snes Everdrive was the most expensive, like close to $200 USD while the N64 was maybe $160?
  • I double checked before I posted just to make sure I didn't look like an ass and offend anyone.

Not looking at the SD2SNES which is over $200. I am looking at the Super Everdrive Deluxe which is $114.99. Link here: https://www.stoneagegamer.com/super-everdrive-deluxe.html
  • Pretty sure I want to do this! I'll check some things when I get home...

Ah sorry, wasn't thinking of the other versions

  • @Wolfman - no worries here.

@Ichinisan - let me know. I'll check back tomorrow!
  • Sorry for the delay. I'm moving and still haven't gotten into the SNES stuff. I'all probably be able to after work today.
  • Bump - still available.
  • The Super Everdrive my brother and I have was found new in shrink-wrap at a local flea market. Pretty killer find.

We only used it a couple times. I tried some Japanese games and played DKC Competition (for the first time since I played in 1995 and won 1 year of free video game rentals).

My brother just installed a DSP chip yesterday using a professional solder/desolder workstation. Now it has all the features of the latest board revision. Tested Super Mario Kart and DSP works great!

Here's the thread my brother created when he acquired it:

It's not the "Deluxe" version. There are no labels and no case. I see that stuff is available on stoneagegamer.com

The shell looks like a legit SNES cart shell that has been painted darker. The paint layer is very thin, so the texture feels original. The hole for the SD card looks very clean.

Would you prefer an original SNES or the mini? I have multiples of both. No discoloration (I've been very fortunate).

    [edit]

I actually have hundreds of brand new UGC cases, the same kind the Everdrive used to come with.
  • It's on the way!

    With some bonus goodies
  • Done deal! Thanks Ichinisan!
  • Ichinisan's twin here. Though we haven't communicated directly, I was involved too. Enjoy!

I did some last-minute repacking so Ichi could do something with the SD card and I found some packing stuff around after the box was closed up. I'm not sure if I accidentally left some of the packing material out or if it was the extra stuff I left around after the first packing so I had the post office mark it "fragile" just in case.

I recall that he was just deleting some ROMs and copying all the files off and back on to straighten up 8.3 file name sorting but the SD card reader kinda glitched while he was doing it. I wanted the Everdrive OS files to be ready to go but we didn't get to test again and you may have to reload them.
