They just released a trailer for the game with new footage. Much better than the kickstarter video. I don't recall what home consoles though they said they was going to release it on though.
You know, I played Toe Jam & Earl 3 recently and that ain't bad either! You can really tell they were going for the playstyle of part 1 again (in both 3 and Back in the Groove).

I agree! TJ&E 3 Mission to Earth often gets overlooked but I have it for Xbox and it's pretty fun.
Back in the Groove looks like a modernized version of the first game which is pretty cool. I love when these devs bring back the old series we all know but still keep most of what made the originals so good (Castle of Illusion, Ducktales, upcoming Sonic Mania, etc).
Man did anyone here beat the original. Inkoved that game but never got close to end
hope new one comes for wii u
My husband and I will co-op TJ&E on Virtual Console every so often. We've beaten it a few times. It's still one of the best 2-player games, period.
One of the best decisions we made as a couple was to back TJ&E 4, lol. It looks like it's going to be a blast, and I'd love to see it come to Wii U/3DS (or NX, more likely).

I've beaten the first TJ&E two or three times. It's definitely a blast with a friend! Panic! is still my personal favorite, though. That game is like, the epitome of the early 90's for me.

Not a fan of the 2D animations that look like old flash games, but I love TJ+E. If it's like the original and cheap enough I'll play it.
yea, I don't like the flash-looking element either. This was my favorite game on the Genesis as a kid.
hope new one comes for wii u
So good to see another classic MD IP brought back.
Fingers crossed for a new Alien Soldier
