    It's essentially Burai Fighter Color, which is where it's incorporated now, but I'll separate them.

    Can anyone recommend vertical shmups on the GBA? I've played invader a bit but the controls feel a bit loose to me, any others you prefer?

    I haven't played a ton of shoot 'em ups, but on Gameboy I really like Solar Striker, Nemesis, and Nemesis II (Gradius the Interstellar Assault in North America)



    Also I don't mean to sound snide, but a lot of these games aren't shoot em ups. Stuff like Operation C and Metal Slug are "Run 'n' Gun" games.



    Overall it doesn't matter too much since the only thing more annoying than Zelda Timeline theorists are people who bicker over what qualifies as a shoot 'em up. XD
