Problems with AtariAge

Okay, so what happened was I registered TWICE on Atariage because the first time I registered and after I activated my account, when I tried to log on they said they don't have a user with my username. So I registered again with a different name activated my account and the same happened, they said they don't have a user with my name. I emailed the admins many times but never got a respond.

Could it be that I registered at my office using my office computer so there might be a security or firewall (I know absolutely nothing about computer)?

    I'll try it at home, buttttttt I am a computer retard, how do you disable cookies?
