Skins picked up the must needed win today, thank goodness. I swear though, I thought we had a decent chance vs. the Steelers, figured we'd beat the Cowboys at home, then expected us to lose on the road to the Giants. I never know what to expect with them any more.

As a Bears fan, that was a brutal game. Didn't get anything going until the second half. So far, there have been two decent/good first halves and one decent/good second half. How about we actually play a whole game for once?
I expected Dallas to whip Chicago so that made me think they would find a way to lose that game. But after the first half I was able to do dishes and give my daughter a bath while just peeking in on the game in the second half. Nice to get an easy one here and there. If Romo can stay healthy when he comes back they are going to be primed to kick everyone's butts. If he hurts his back or collarbone again, then it's not the end of the world the way it was last year.

on sunday day he gets sacked and losses a fumble on the Mia 30 with 20 seconds left. That's what he does. He sucks. He doesn't throw the ball! He looks good on paper but when it's game time. When good qb's go out and win the game...he just doesn't have it. When is the last time you can remember going "oh shit tanny won the game with a Td throw!" Or even kill the clock? He doesn't.
Hes never even been in a playoff game! He sucks. He had chances to get into the playoffs two of his years and couldnt beat the jets or bills (with a third string qb). The guy sucks.

I can tell you this though.. imagine Tannehill and Luck trading teams on draft day. How many division titles and playoff appearances would Luck have playing in the AFC East vs Brady? Tannehill could have taken the Colts in the trash AFC South Division to a couple playoff games and division titles as well.
I will end on this before my long response.. This season is the first year Tannehill was able to audible out of plays. Let that sink in for a second how much does that handicap and NFL starting QB. Not to mention this is his 3rd offensive coordinator in his 5th year and 3rd head coach.

The whole game had this "D-II vibe to it all night.
...maybe it was the Patriots awful (alternate?) home jerseys and Legarret Blount running over what looked like small children.
Looks like Elway made the right call again not paying Brock.
Brock might end up being good in a few years, but you should never over pay for an apple that isn't ripe enough to eat.
