Looks like Bimmy hasn't been on in awhile. How much head's up do we usually have on the playoff schedule?
I've been out of the loop for a while, but since there's a two week break before the tournament starts, I'm guessing that the info will be posted about a week ahead of time based on the past tournaments. That's just a total guess on my part though.

And top 6 advance? I'm gonna be out of town Thursday night-Sunday for the first game so I plan on burning some vacation days earlier that week to grind the shit out of it. Odds are good it will be a popular game you're all familiar with that I've never played so I gotta take drastic measures to make sure I place

Yeah, you can actually roll the score without leaving the first hallway of the game. I remember we played a low score contest once and having to wait out the timer after each boss fight took forever. You could literally read a book in the time it gives you for the Dracula fight.

Nah, I got my 4th place spot mostly through consistent mediocrity and a lot of other players slacking off, lol.
But there are a few NES games I'm pretty good at, and I hope they show up in the tournament.
Would the SMB All Stars version be allowed? Or everyone's going to have to use emulators or flash drive.
