Can I play Dr. Mario on anything or does it need to be the NES version?
You may play it on any version that is exactly the same as the NES version (NES Classic, gameboy port, gameboy advance NES classics port, most portqble consoles have a port of this game etc.) Versions that are not the same and won't be counter include but ate not limited to: minigames in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames!, Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day!, and Brain Age: Concentration Training.
