So this is (probably) a dumb question, but as I know nothing about Everdrives (but have been close to getting a N64 and SNES one for a while now):
does the whole library of games come installs on the cart, or do you have to download your games to it somehow? Again... I know this probably sounds like a dumb question, but I seriously know nothing about the drives.

You have to download a rom set and put it on a SD card. The flash carts do not come with roms or SD cards.

Is there a good site to download the library onto the SD card?

So I check out with my Bank of America Visa check card. Then I get a flurry of text messages and notifications telling me of a "highly suspicious" transaction. Well, BofA blocked it and deactivated my card. This happens for Thanksgiving shopping EVERY YEAR. It's like BofA still doesn't realize it's normal for people to buy things at this time of year. Sheesh!
I verified the transactions were legitimate. BofA and krikzz.com do not make it clear if the charge will go through. After several hours, I reluctantly resubmitted my order. Now I see an email about failed payment, even though BofA didn't send me any notifications this time.
Can't reach anyone at BofA due to the holiday. I just don't know if my order went through or not.

Same thing happened to me (with two orders for Everdrives). I just varified that I was the one making the purchases, and that there was no fraud going on. After that, I resubmitted my order (after talking to customer service making sure they only charge me once, which they said that is what they usually do with multiple orders) and it worked fine. Just make sure you send a message to customer service just to give them a heads up, even though again, it sounds like it happens often from what the guy that messaged me said.
I ordered a Mega Everdrive V2 (now X7, blah) from retrogate.com as soon as the sale went up, which was Thursday evening. I would possibly buy something else, but I now have a flash cart I like for each system that has one. Everdrive FC, PCE Everdrive, Super UFO Pro 8, Mega Everdrive, Everdrive 64, EMS GB Smart Card 64M, EZ Flash IV, R4i 3DS and WS Flash Masta. I'm pretty well set up now I think.
used ones tend to go for near retail, this is as good as it gets. I have wanted one for a while but am also not in a position to get one at the moment.
Quick question...do the prices ever get any lower? 20% off is like...nothing.
um no, they don't. This is his once a year sale.
You can always pay full price sometime later if 20% is like nothing to you
Or not get one at all because it's kind of expensive...maybe I can find someone selling a used one down the line.
They sell the same used just about as the 20% off and very rarely do people sell them. They hold their value and are worth every dollar IMO. If you can afford one, i can assure you you won't regret the purchase.

That's interesting because I also use BoA, and anytime they see a "suspicious" purchase, they cancel the payment and send me a text. As long as I respond to the text that it is ok, I've always been able to redo my purchase afterwards. Not sure why you are having so much trouble.
However, I would rather have a few of my purchases not go through, than to have someone steal my identity and make all sorts of purchases that I'm not able to fight and cancel later.

Finding a used one for a good deal is pretty rare. Plus, if you buy one used, you take the risk of getting a fake one. If you buy used, make sure you have verify the authenticity, or purchaes from somewhere with buyer protection.
Personally, getting from Krikzz or SAG during the Black Friday sales is always your best bet.

Darn...I've been wanting one for a few years now but I keep putting it off because money is always tight around the holidays. More so this year, trying to build a computer. $600+ for a graphics card really hits you were it hurts when that's a whole months worth of SSI money. So yeah...it'll be a few more years till I get one I bet...

I plan on starting a mission to Mars.
But yes gaming. I want 60+ FPS in my games dang it! Fallout 4 mainly...Bethesda did such a shit show on that one...a lot of cards struggle with it. I want to make sure I don't dip below 60 FPS on ultra settings.

The problem is: The BofA app/site still showed a pending $490 transaction. Krikzz.com shows some kind of order status screen with 2 entries that looked like charges and one that looked like a payment error. No way to interpret the sequence since there was no time listed and all 3 only showed the date.
BofA's system told me they were closed for the holiday when I tried to speak with a person at 6PM Eastern.
The email from Krikzz said to contact them ASAP, but didn't say how. I found no contact info on the site, so I had to reply to the email notice and hope that's a monitored email account.
Submitting a second $490 order caused a lot of anxiety.

google for the smokemonster rom sets
What about Stone Age Gamer? Any details on what they are doing?
I don't know but I prefer to buy from the maker directly so it supports him more than an authorized reseller.

Just because WalMart will discount a TV by 50% on Black Friday doesn't mean other companies can or will.
