Got a few back yesterday. I tend to be more harsh on box dings than VGA, so a couple that I thought may go Silver squeaked gold, and the Silver game just had too much scuffing to make Gold (but the box and corners looks significantly better than some of the others). I'll say that you cannot find a more perfect 85 for display though!
And yes, the TMNT IV is 1st print V-Seam, not the Majesco junk. Ironically enough I've had 1 and 3 in Gold shape forever, now adding 2 and 4 completes that subset for me. Funny how 2 is the one I always wanted the most, and I've had problems finding it raw or graded in the condition I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Then when it rains it pours! Population on TMNT IV Gold is actually quite low, that's the gem of this sub for sure.
Wow!! Is only the "nntendo sticker" is enough to get a regular grade? Instead of a qualified grade? I tough the box has to be sealed with the cello, but from what I see with your clucluland, it only has the sticker...! I think Íll grade my 10yard fight!

Yeah, the first 27 blackboxes released were originally just sticker sealed. Cello seals came next, most likely as a better way to secure the games in a retail setting from easy theft.
So if you have an authentic sticker sealed black box (or athletic world), they will grade it no problem as that is how they were distributed and sold.

This is insane Sam! And it's the first variant of the two hangtab athenas. Wow.
Nice stuff Matt!
What version is the one on the left? Can't quite make out the label.

Agreed, lets see the gold turtle set!
Even at 50, that DK is one tough game--congrats!
Agreed. So tough to get
First ever >85s (though I was kind of hoping to scratch 90 with the pokemons, and get >85 on that Jackal), and nothing under 80+, so I'm pretty happy!
A long road, and almost there
WHOA! What are you missing, Donkey Kong, and Popeye?
A long road, and almost there
Amazing!

Is that a ROB CIB? *Faints*
