My NES Bubble Bobble Part 2 has a really crooked label, partcularly on the end label where it overlaps the indentation a little bit. I'm 100% confident that it's a legit cart. It happens sometimes!
I notice crooked labels on legit GB and GBA games more than most systems. Just picked up a Boulder Dash EX the other day and it had a crooked label but is definitely legit.

Counterfeits usually have way more tells than just a crooked label. It's legit.
yes this. If I was concerned about a game being legit, first thing I'd do is open it and look at the board.
