Need Help getting my Famiconverter out of my Toaster!
I just picked up a Famicom 31-in-1 with Famiconverter for $10, so I got excited and threw it into my front loading NES. It's got a strap on it, so I figured 'no problem'... well, now, I've got the flashing grey screen and I need to clean the cart, but I can't get the thing out of the NES! I am pulling on the strap so hard it's started to hurt my hand..
Does anyone have any tips on getting it out? And, are 31-in-1's pretty common?

I only read the bold stuff... and I'm sorry, I can't help you!
The top front edge of the cart was catching on the top of the inside of the NES, because I was pulling slightly upward on the strap. I was getting really pissed off, so I decided "that's it, this thing is coming out right now." I put one hand on the strap and one on the NES, and pulled as hard as I could. Only this time, I wasn't pulling at the upward angle. I yanked the strap as hard as I could and elbowed myself directly in the balls.
It turns out that the game/converter actually pulls out much easier than any NES game I have.

hahaha, I very rarely actually lol at something on the net, but that did it...
No small feat, considering what my nuts have been through in the last 10 minutes
I tried doing what it says on the converter "press reset for 3-5 seconds and depress; it will be ok"... Well it's NOT ok you stupid converter!
Anyone?
Would a flashing screen indicate that it's a bad connection between the converter and the NES? Or could it also mean that it might be a bad connection between the famicom game and the converter?
Sorry I'm sure this isn't a helpful post, but it might help you feel better if despite all your cleaning, it still won't work.
I tried it in one of my spare consoles, and it works!
So it must have been the NES.
Thanks for the help.
Ok, I figured out, but now my BALLS HURT. Get this...
