    Maybe. Minimum of 4 pubs have said they can't mix it but they can serve you the ingredients to put together. Think you're right about cider and lager too.

    The one they made for me was at a hotel bar in Bristol. 

    That was the only one I attempted to order (successfully), since I'd much rather have a good beer, unblemished, depending on what they have.

    I thought a Monte Cristo was automatically made with French toast? Or basically the entire sandwich was dipped in a custard and pan fried.

    Anyways, it's not really a secret menu thing, but kind of along the lines of the mcgangbang, which is a kind of, personal creation from different menu items. At Wendy's, i like to get either a baconator or jr bacon cheese burgers, and put some spicy chicken on it (either nuggets or a patty from a sandwich), with some ranch sauch on it. My original working name is three-species sandwich, since it took a cow, chicken, and a pig to make it.

    Probably. I order MC's from a couple places and one of the two makes theres like a beignet you'd get from New Orleans.
