A Boy and His Blob advance copy / pre-release

I did find a 2011 eBay sale for this cartridge (maybe this exact cartridge from the look of it) for $140 or so, but I haven't found any other mentions of it to get a current market value. Any guesses where market might be? I do plan on selling it, probably on eBay, I just don't know where to start it at, or set a reserve at and such.

    Through a little help from Xerxes, I found out that this pre-release has identical checksums to the retail version, so it is probable that the game wasn't changed after this pre-release was made. I thought I'd at least update with that information for Vectrex280996 since it was asked. Sorry it took so long, but darnit I'm really new to this!

    Wow, sorry to bump a necrothread, but I just found one of these in the wild at a garage sale today! The label is very beat up but it's the same upside down prerelease label! I'll add pics soon!!
