Until I saw the post giving some details,I was going to ask what something like this goes for just to get an idea. I guess I need to become a doctor or lawyer to afford these or be in whatever profession buyatari and bronty are in. They both probably professional diamond miners and own several diamond mines in the Republic of Congo.
Before I bought my first piece I felt the same way at the asking prices I saw. And nowadays I can't believe how cheap they are compared to sealed games. 15k for 4 games would be four nice but not special games. These are all special. Handmade. They are beautiful and something to be proud of owning in a way that a retail game could never be. My only problem is that I don't own a diamond mine or I would buy more. I am biased I guess but there's really no comparison when you've owned both.
Haha! Not making fun of you guys at all! I just find it humorous to conjure some goofy story on how you were able to obtain all that sweet, sweet stuff. Would be pretty awesome and hilarious if you guys did indeed own diamond mines.
But yeah, the art pieces you and Adam have are amazing! Being a former art major,I really appreciate this stuff and the blood, sweat, and tears that these artists poured into their works.
Well I guess you should be asking Curtis how he bought them. I understand he owns the factory that makes the twix bars on the left hand side of the package. He's got the factory that makes the right twix bar over a barrel! They can't make a single twix without him!

Very true! I also heard he has the patent to the left sock so you know he's up there with the Buffets and Gates of the world.

Oh man, i was laughing pretty damn hard at this convo. I actually make all my money manufacturing the left side implant for women's breast augmentation, but good guesses guys.

Can I come over and jump into a pile of your spare inventory? Swim around in it, toss it up in the air, and let it hit me on the head like some sort of Funbags McDuck?

The left sock! Brilliant!
I of course own the patent to the right sock, which no one cares about. Damn Bernie Madoff. He told me it was a good investment.....
All paintings have been sold or on hold.
I should have an update in the next couple of days.
grads to seller and buyer, some awesome pieces of history for sure
