As far as 1-1 point pressing, I was over 370K on my run. I made a few mistakes and had enough time left for at least one more round of stomping, so 400K and more was definitely possible for me at my rate.
I also found the card game was worth playing because you get points for matching the 10/20 coins.

You know, gameplay that involves a lot of point pressing is tedious anyway. And with one life rules, if you screw up, you have to start over from the beginning. I'm glad I'm not even trying this week.

BTW, I just had my third no-death run of Marble Madness. Score was around 142k because I didn't get any wands and I wasn't fast enough to get more points.
I could be trying to play this, but instead I am getting drunk to the point of wardrobe accidents and playing Head-On Soccer, because those SNES games won't beat themselves.
