Lord of the Rings animated movie posters

So I have had in my collection two of the movie posters from the animated series lord of the rings. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if there legit and if there worth anything. Plus I wanted to show them off

One poster is marked #98 The Shire and the other is marked #99 Moria

Poster collector here, and once upon a time theater employee.

What scares me is that they don't look folded. Almost all movie posters pre... I think 82-83, were sent to theaters folded. So the fact that I'm not seeing creases makes me suspiscious. Not that there aren't unfolded posters out there, just doesn't happen often.

What size are they? The other thing is old posters are bigger by like an inch or two.

These were posters given or available for purchase to members of a Lord of the Rings fan club in the 80s, that sent newsletters and stuff by snail mail. My boyfriend at the time got the two posters, and gave them to me as a gift. (We live in Canada.) They were on my wall for years - and then my mom gave them away when I was at university. I've looked for them ever since; found both on eBay a few years ago for $50 each, wish I'd bought them then.
