Is it possible to hook up a Wii with an HDMI cable?

So was just wondering if Nintendo came out with a cable for the Wii to make it true HD.  Anyone know?

    I dont think the Wii would output any better with an HDMI cable than it would with the components.

    component is the best you're going to do. The system's graphics top out at 480p.

    Changing cables wont create true HD, or change picture quality. But if you just need to free up some component space, there are adapters for everything.
