Thanks for the heads up. This is one of those kickstarter projects I didn't think would make it anywhere, glad to see I was wrong. If nothing else can be said for this game, the spritework is beautiful, and for that reason alone I'll be happy to own a physical version.
I think it's funny they had a more expensive "collector's edition" that didn't include a physical copy of the game. I definitely prefer having the game itself in my "collector's edition"!
My copy came in today - it's pretty sick looking, the fact that they used foil for the title on the spine is a nice touch. It shipped pretty safely too.
Kind of surprised that there isn't a readily obvious numbering to it since they said there'd only be 9000 of these. Not a deal breaker to have it not numbered, just something I suspected would happen.

Wow, just got my copies of it in the mail yesterday. I opened one and man is it a fantastic limited edition. One of the nicest packages and extras I've seen, probably the best single disc PS4 release outside of giant big box collector's editions of games.

Yeah, it's a shame that Limited Run Games can't seem to put even 1/4 of the effort into their standard releases. It's only a matter of time before they start releasing physical copies of "Imagine: Babyz" and "My Felching Coach" as part of their catalog.

You don't need to put anything in the plastic if no one rips off the plastic. Most LRG games are just baseball cards.

I think many people don't know about it. If you go on ebay, copies are selling for around $50+
Which means scalpers are doing their thing. Eventually it will sell out, and then prices will go up, a lot. So yeah, it's simply that they don't have the exposure that LRG does. I think you're right, if this was a LRG release, it would have sold out within an hour.
Recived mine today, I'm very impressed with the packing it was in a bubble mailer and almost felt like there two inside, but it actually was the one wrapped in cardboard look very professional. Hadn't opened the game yet but I already love the cover and feels nice and heavy. May order a 2nd just to leave sealed.
