Please report this if you have the time.
A real Millennium 2000 controller has a matte finish is and not glossy whatsoever.
Here's a comparison I made showing the Ebay fake:

This is the first Millennium 2000 fake I've ever seen.

Oh I see. The fake has a sticker
And the black half is shiny rather than flat.

Not only that, I just noticed that it has a grey Z trigger instead of a black one. This just keeps getting funnier and funnier.

It's a sticker, and I saw my first fake M2000 about 3 years ago. Was shocked then but not as surprised now.
How'd it compare to this one? Any pics?

Decal logo always.
Reported.
Regardless of my feelings toward it, at least its not misrepresented.

The guy selling has added a note regarding "feedback" he received and states that its a reproduction now. Regardless of my feelings toward it, at least its not misrepresented.
I'd say it's still misleading if he doesn't mention it being a reproduction in the title or the description. You have to click the "full description" button to see the note he added. Even if he did add a big fat "REPRODUCTION" in the title, this stupid counterfeit is going to be in circulation and some other poor sap is going to try and sell it down the line.
In my eyes: reproductions are products that tell you they're reproductions. Counterfeits are a different beast, they're meant to mislead you. This is a counterfeit unfortunately. I hope this still gets taken down.

Though we've come to accept the term "reproduction" to mean that, technically, official reproductions exist too. Like the GameCube controllers for Wii U and the NES controller parts for the NES Classic Edition (they can be used with an original controller PCB/cord). The Hyperkin Virtual Boy stand is a close replica and not a reproduction, just like a classic car part from an unofficial source. The unofficial iPhone repair parts on eBay are replicas. A lot of people think of replicas as non-functional mock-ups, but fully-functional replicas exist in many markets.
That said, eBay doesn't allow you to edit the title after bids.

Sure. I think we all know that the term reproduction has it's own contexualized meaning in the game collecting scene.

He could take down the listing and relist it easily. The bigger problem is that the seller still wants to sell it after knowing it's a counterfeit.
