Omelettes - What do you put in them?
I have been into the omelettes lately as they are pretty interesting as to how customizable they are as far as food goes...Of course I have had them before but it was always just a one off thing back when I lived at home.
What kinds of things do you guys put in them?

Edit: Just made an omelette, and it was delicious
sausage or turkey normally, with a variety of different cheeses, depending what I have, along with spinach, mushrooms, peppers, and topped with siracha or salsa.
Ahhhhh see this is why I made this thread. I had some salsa in the fridge and looked it and went "naaaah".
Now I might have to try it out.

I learned how to make omletes from a guy that ran a breakfast catering company. When you're beating your eggs do a 15% milk ratio to the eggs, and beat until small bubbles form on top. They get nice and fluffy then.

Onion, ham, cheese, red pepper, and celery
I might have to give er a whirl and see how she goes.
Normally bacon and/or sausage with cheddar or American cheese. Sometimes onions if I'm feeling adventurous.

Not a huge fan of Celery, unless its chopped pretty small. It doesn't taste good but it does add nice texture
This reminds me of a place i went to in Sedona Arizona called 101 Omelettes. Literally just a menu with 101 different omelettes. By the end it got weird with peanut butter & jelly and other weirdness.
I sont eat a lot of omelettes but i do enjoy em sorta mexican style every once in a while. Seasoned beef, olives, cheese. With Salsa, sour cream & guac on top!

That place sounds awesome.
Also, figured youd just pile cheese in there
