eBay PlayStation fulfillment Coupon of $50.00???

So I go on my ebay account and see this coupon code has popped up on my "myebay" page. I cant use it on any items i put in my cart thoug. I have tried a bunch of stuff and every time it says that my items arent eligable for the coupon. Sooooooooooooooo what is this thing then, and what is eligable? It says see below for exclusions, but there is nothing listed.

    If there was something specifying that, then maybe? There is nothing that says anything though so im not sure what it is.

    The "while supplies last" part makes me think the coupon has already been used up by others. That happened once to me with one coupon someone posted here. It was just used up by the time I went to check out.

    I got it too and haven't sold a PS4 on Ebay, but I have sold a bunch of video game stuff lately, so I don't know if you have to sell a PS4 or just anything to get it.

    I got one too. Wait a bit and you should receive a message from eBay with more specific instructions. Mine said it had to be used on a PS4 Pro at a specific eBay store. So, pretty much worthless haha

    Thats kind of lame. I was hoping I could buy $50 worth of NES games.
