The note about MBC interests me. The wolves wouldn't have 3 actions

My thoughts exactly since im beleiving the doll is going to be an action of quackerjack and most likely he will be wolf.
Plus kill would be other wolf action.

My one concern is then how can it be a town role. I get that their can be a messenger in the game and they can leave notes for people. But they would also have to have the tracker watcher role.

But then they would have to be a character that would have access to a trident, which only neptunia would have, i beleive so am wondering if behemos actually got a note or if hes lying to us.
  • If you are confirmed vanilla town (big if) why would wolves go for a vanilla rather than trying for a townie role? Given that why would town night roles then focus on you?

Certainly not lying. I definitely see how it's confusing, and I wish I could say more. But I can't.

Like i said they probably dont want to risk me actually being the seer. I just said watcher. They can do whatever they want but im a pretty nice target
  • So... you admit to lying NED.

If you are a VT then; why ask for the cloak so bad?

Let's not forget. You made a big deal about the cloak BEFORE outing yourself.

Why be desperate to get it and to take it from me if in fact you are vanilla. You shouldn't have cared so much? And to then, after seeing you weren't going to get the cloak , claim seer? when in fact vanilla? Something doesn't add up.
  • Real life:

I have some guests coming from out of town for the night so I wont be all that active for the next 24 hours, I also have a 6 week old son who needs attention. So if possible keep the quote moderately small (4 or 5). Its makes things hard to follow on mobile and its not much fun to go through. I have a lot of fun playing werewolf games with everyone and am able to actively follow, but when folks do this it makes the game a chore to read through. I'm sure many of the less active players are overwhelmed by this, and post less because of it.

    Check back soon

Bronty I still dont believe your VT. I think we should give Gloves and NED one more night to come up with some kinda info. By day 4 someone will surely know something that they can share. If not then its worth taking the risk of a town lynch, since we cant tell who is lying or not. Hopefully our seer will have enough info to share by then to give town a lead.

@Dragoon, incase you missed it could you please anwser my question as to when and where it was disclosed that Hybrid was a town neighbour? I didnt see this in the thread other then Limbos post.

  • Agreed pimp. Quotes on mobile can be brutal. Have a good time with your friends.
  • I also have stuff to do today. So I might not be super active either.

Again i dont believe your town. Why would i sit back and let u get the item without saying or doing something?

"I don't trust NED, he's too good!", folks exclaim, "Let's get him!"

After the pressure had started building steam, NES screams out "I'm the seer!"

The votes slow down, and some even withdraw. Without much to go on, the crowd simmers down until a glitch in Negaverse happens. Hybrid's mask falls off as he slowly slips back into good ol' St. Canard.

Hybrid, You are Drake-El, a vanilla duck who is a part of the Darkwing Duck Heritage. You also have a neighbor, <<player>>, but you're not sure about them.

Win Condition: Thwart all those who oppose the citizens of St. Canard

Night 2 begins now and will end Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 11:00 PM EST/NintendoAge time

Here you go pimp gives everything about hybrid dragoon you dont need to respond back
  • Hybrids role card was revealed after he was modkilled
  • Wasg and Brock, that was fast. Its weird how you two respond as a collective unit and are on the same page so often. Its almost as if your working together.
  • Awful lot of people not chiming in. If your really town thats not gonna help us
  • Guys lets just look at what NED just said.

He claims he is a VT after the priest dies and he claims he was splashed with water. Then he once again directs attention to me and Bronty (again the only two people to challenge him on the cloak). If he isn't a wolf he has to at least be an Indy. He just keeps deflecting and changing his story. And once again I plead the question, why didn't the wolves go after him when he outed himself as seer? It doesn't add up...

He wanted that cloak too much to not NEED it.

If NED has a power that kills whoever uses a power on him that would explain the death of GEG if he protected him thinking he was the seer.

To be clear, as I have said before, I personally do not claim to be coming up with any sort of magical info. I make no guarantees that one more night, nor five more nights, will provide me with any insight. I simply have what I believe to be a solid plan to give the people with roles the time they need to give us the clues we require to launch an attack and hit a wolf or two.

    They did...

They couldn't risk attacking a target that might be protected, so they used an ability to reveal his role

  • Brock seriously im curious to your thoughts on bronty and puppy

But how? Is that a wolf power? Reverse tracker? That seems op...

Most of the talkative players have some suspicion, but that is just the nature of the game.  Thoughts on bronty, Puppy, MBC, Gloves, and Pimp are inconclusive at the moment.  Pimp is so damn erratic every game.

It its common for all the wolves to each have their own individual power.  Perhaps one of them can perform the kill while not being tracked, another hides bodies, etc.  I believe one of them can reveal a role.  The alternative explanations are

    A) town did it.  That would be fucking moronic and self-destructive as you're far more likely to reveal roles and give up VTs for the wolves to sort through

    B) the indy did it, also moronic.  Why target someone who already would be a target, and may be killed that very night?

    C) fake message by the wolves.  Possible, except again, no wolf would ever step forward right off the bat and claim an important role and character.  That would make zero sense as AT best, they'd be trading a wolf for one town
  • I have my in laws in town this weekend. I'll try to be as active as possible as well. I feel like everyone keeps focusing on NED, but what are everyone's thoughts on Behemos's note about MBC "not being seen last night"?

I don't think it's fair to say the talkative ones are most suspicious. Maybe they just want to participate in this game they signed up to play and enjoy? I still don't understand why people sign up and then say shit all. Everyone should be talkative, it's up to us to determine if what someone says is suspicious right?
  • @Hogie

Very suspicious to me. I believe the wolves would be limited to one non-kill action, which I believe was Crackerjacks doll. So I believe there is a gOod chance this note is from town

Well you also need to consider the doll which says he's town. Either it's telling the truth or is lying and meant to cause misdirection or confusion. Craziest theory of all is that NED planted it to clear himself. But there are lots of issues with each theory. Again I'm rusty on my DW lore.

  • The note has to be town. I agree with Brock's reasoning. Question is why me? Maybe someone can send messages to a random person?
  • I still think we should look at the quiet people. Being quiet clearly isn't helping. We already lost our quiet priest, unless the wolves somehow had that info it must've been a shot in the dark.

Works for me. Discount all talking frequency since it was brought up though

If you're going to this I'd go so far as to look at day 1 and 2 exclusively; completely ignore the activity levels of day 3 so far.

And again, if you're going to vote someone up for being quiet, don't let them talk you down. Choose someone, and lynch them dead for being quiet - make it a punishment. Otherwise it's meaningless.

Agreed. Just make an example of someone. If roles think they're safe because they're not talking they are wrong. We all need to be participating. And hell, maybe we'll even get a wolf
