WTB NES Advantage Part

I recently acquired a NES Advantage and the A button worked only some of the time so I took it apart and found out that the pad for the A button is worn out. I've tried online and I couldn't find anywhere to get a replacement. I am hoping someone has one or knows of a place to try to get one. This is what it looks like:

I've heard of modders putting in actual arcade switches, so that might be a good option.
