I came upon a Guitar Hero controller that has this odd sticker on the back. Just looking to see if anyone has any potential info?

More photos? I'm curious about this. Also generally curious of what the whole unit looks like.
On a quick glance, I didn't notice any physical differences to the GH release.
EDIT: Actually, instead of = signs on the two bottom buttons next to the HERO POWER, it says 'start' on both.

The gold coloring with white stencil always looks a tiny bit different...emphasis on the tiny.
