Destiny of an Emperor for the NES, specifically the original CIB copy from my childhood. My brother and I played this RPG endlessly as kids. We started off renting it repeatedly until our mom eventually bought it for us. This copy got a lot of love. So while it's not mint, I'd save this game for last if I had to part with my collection.
Honestly wish I could answer this but I've thought it over for awhile and I have no stand out favorite above all others so I guess they'd all have to go.
Probably my copy of Yoshi's Island signed by Shigeru Miyamoto!
Of all the games I own, it is the only one that stands out on several scales: It was, at one time, my favourite game ever; huge amount of memories and sentiment built up around it; fully completed, with a hundred hours of playtime; it is a moderately pricey title; it is unique because of Shiggy's signature, and I still remember well the day I traveled to London to meet him...
None of my other games even come close to all that, lol!
I overthought this question, and this is my third typed reply. Previously I was assuming this as a "trapped on a desert island" situation, but that was due to my mis-understanding of the OP.
You say you caught all of them, but did you, really?! hmmmm! Pokemon Red is mine. I have WAY too many memories playing it over and over at its peak back in the 90's.
I had blue and 2 friends had red. Around the 100 mark there was a machine in toys r us that gave you a mew. We used it when no one was looking.
What?! I had no clue this machine existed! Was it on display for folks to use? This is interesting!
Nah. It was there for kids who won tournaments. We just so happened to be there with our game boys. And the guy attending it was distracted.

Mario Kart Wii. One of those people that was somewhat young when it came out, and as so, it's been my childhood. Well... everything from eight and up. Almost ten years later, I still play it. Even though the servers have gone down, the custom servers and custom track community is incredible.
Probably the cheapest game. Sentimental stuff isn't part of the collection so I would be least enthusiastic about taking pics and listing a $15-20 item.
My last game would be my childhood copy of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX. I beat it so many times, working to unlock the secrets, find the secret seashells, do the trading mini game, and even no death runs. It's my most nostalgic game.
It'd also be hard to part with my copies of Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, Donkey King Country, Dirt Trax FX, Yoshi's Island, Plok, and Top Gear 2. My grandparents had them, and my cousins and I would play them for hours during family gatherings. My grandparents eventually gave them to me, and they hold so many memories.
Tough call. It would definitely be one of my original childhood games, probably something like Contra or FFIII. Would be pretty painful dumping that stuff, especially since it isn't worth a lot relatively speaking.

Mega Man 3 on the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Yeah the Genesis version sucks
Thought it was the Mega Drive?

That's awesome! I've never heard of this!

The box art is fantastic! Good call! Now I'm gonna have to CIB mine!
