Seems odd to me. $325 on a Smash Bros NFR is pretty steep and it had been up awhile. It would only sell at that price to a diehard trying to finish his set, and someone with interest in back labels. But someone would buy it, write on it, then resell it immediately to you (locally I might add) on basically the same day they received it? Just want to make sure I follow your story here.

So your "friend" bought it 4 days ago (barely) on ebay, had it shipped to him i am assuming unless he locally picked up an ebay auction which is NOT common practice. Then immediately sold it to you, not even 3 days later of winning and probably the same day he received it, because he "picked it up for you", and sold it to you to "get it off his hands"?? IDK sounds fishy man.
Why buy the game to only sell it to you all within 3 days of the auction ending?? And why would your "friend" write on it and try to sell it to you?? I am someone trying to finish everything NFR. My assumption is that he bought it, got it in the mail and wrote on it and sold it to me that night. I came over and picked it up and posted it here to see what y'all think and that's it. I'm not someone who wants to sell this or try to gain value on anything. I see the label being the same on eBay. Unlicensed Hunter has purchased several NFRs from the seller this year. One that he bought had authentic "403 Best Buy" store markings on the rear. He apparently tried to copy those markings onto his Super Smash cart. This is the cart he purchased earlier:
