    Friends and family payment isn't banned on this website. It's just warned against. I have sold various items on here through this method of payment.

    Right, but you can not advertise a discount through friends and family payment as it can be seen as reflecting the covering of Paypal fees. If you and your buyer negotiate other terms privately that is at their discretion which is what we are trying to elude to here. Please just show the shipped prices and if any interested buyers want to try and negotiate anything that is up to you and them.
