At home, my primary method is probably YouTube, since that's where I can find some of the more lesser-available stuff. In car it's usually MP3s on a flash drive with all my tunes. Do live concerts count? I love going to shows and seeing bands perform live, so that's probably my other source of music listening.
I've started using Spotify for english music, but for Korean and Japanese stuff not on that service, it's CD. I still own quite a few Japanese and Korean music CDs that can't be found digitally on Amazon, Spotify, iTunes, or any other services.
I'd say MP3 the most. I still listen to a lot of radio though and listen to a lot of music on YT. Nothing really physical though. I have a few CDs and vinyl, but rarely put them on.

I just realized that I usually rip my own music or download them free from an artist's site, never really bought a MP3 in my life.
