I'm sure that if you did that you would have to credit whoever's picture it is and that it came from NA, you can't pass it as your own.

First, check their disclaimer; if nothing's there, ask for permission if there is a way to (normally, people are very willing). If not, I'd say find a different picture.
Oh yeah, and if there's a watermark; you better not crop it!
