    I've seen this personally. The box is a solid 9/10 IMO. I'd figure $25 easy not taking into account the map.

     
    I bet someone would pay at least $15 or trade well for that map alone.
    A sealed map as GOT to be rare outside of other sealed boxes.


    Damn, if I only left the house 30 minutes sooner.....
