Any recourse available against ebay sellers who pull shenanigans?
Well, last night I bought this lot:

This morning, I get an email from the lady saying that she meant to put the Buy It Now at 99.99, and there was no way she could let the item go for what it sold for (39.99).
I know there's several occurrences of this happening to other NA members; I just wondered if there's any recourse that ebay themselves could/would take? Like having her lose her precious "Power Seller" status?
If the buyer is entering into a legal binding contract when bidding, then dammit, the seller should be too.

I sent the user a message. Hope someone else does the same.
Well, nobody side offered her, because here's the freakin' lot again:

I'm trying to find an email address of someone at ebay that I can forward her email to.
And even worse, it won't let me neg her for 7 days because she's a power seller.
Or bid 39.99 because it would be awesome if you won it again for the same freaking price.
Why hasn't anybody bid yet. I can't being from Canada. I'll try again logged under ebay.com rather than ebay.ca
Well, it let me leave her a negative (finally), and her precious little auction only ended up at 46.77.
Well I hope the extra 6.78 was worth it for her. How about dsr's what did you leave for those?
