I'm guessing the NR disc has the software on it? From what it looks like, it looks complete, which would be rare for something like this in general. I tried looking for some sales on it recently, but I found none. I found this fairly old eBay auction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/360639525948
Since the pictures are dead, can't tell if the system on that listing included all the stuff you have with it. I'd reasonably say this is around $500, just based on that prior sale and the rarity. It could be more, but I don't think less than that.
Wow, can't believe I never saw that eBay auction. Especially seeing as it looks like that was the next one off the assembly line next to mine. 0005 and 0006. Thanks for that. I've seen a bunch of T-Dev consoles sell from time to time, but the main reason I've held onto this one is because it has the the USB interface. I've yet to see one sold with it.
Oh, wow, I didn't even notice the numbers. That is cool. Yeah, I'd consider it a bit of a niche item, but it's so rare and unique (brown color) that it definitely warrants a decent price.
With the box and accessories it would be worth around 300-400 . I have seen the wireless "reader" (red Wii) with the ndev (Wii Dev kit) sell for 400, and that's double the hardware.
