Where did manuals go in new nes games?

in Help Wanted!
Just curious where the manual was in new nes games, was it tucked into the dust cover or behind it? 



Also, did every nes game come in a plastic bag inside the box?



I have tried searching but I guess its too broad and i cannot find anything. Thanks!

    Can't say if it's universal, but the manuals I've seen in factory sealed nes games were outside of the dust cover.

    Lol thanks, im actually watching a few on youtube right now. Looks like was outside, just the game in the baggie. I appreciate it!

    I actually remember this-- from my recollection they were always behind the slip case, between the cardboard pf the box ans the game, along with all the inserts. There wasn't much better than the feeling of cracking open a new NES on Christmas or your Birthday!
