I use to the classic walk in and ask if their hiring but times have changed and seems most places are only taken online applications now.
What are some good sites that alert when there's an opening position near my location?
The only 2 I know of Snagajob and indeed but I'm still a bit new with how Snagajob works.

Currently going to school so as of now, retail or entry positions related to computers.
Craigslist is a pretty big one you're missing.
Not sure about, at least in my location. Tend to see odd jobs there...
