Pricing a NIB Limited Edition Game Boy Advance SP

Hello everyone! I've checked around EBay and Amazon (third party listings) but haven't had great luck finding what this item is worth.

What I have is a new in box (never opened) Game Boy Advance SP - Dual Tone Platinum/Onyx (Limited Edition I believe). The box is also in good condition.

The closest listing I found on EBay for a new one of these is listed at $699; however, I'm curious to know if that price is just a bit high. The closest on Amazon are some "Like New" listings around the $150's mostly. I wasn't able to price out this particular Game Boy Advance SP model with any of the other resources on this website or various Subreddits dealing in similar game systems collecting.

Would anyone here happen to have an idea what this might be worth?

Thanks for any help you might be able to give.

With no sold data it can be tough. I would guess possibly $250-450. I know its a large range but GBA collectors seeking NIB items feels very small. But of course theres a market.

If you have an Ebay account list it with a high BIN and Offer. You may be able to get a better idea.

  • Thank you very much for your response. I do agree that GBA collectors seeking NIB items doesn't seem to be very high. I believe your idea about listing on EBay with a high BIN price and allowing people to offer might be the best route to determining what it is worth.

The range that you provided does seem more realistic ableit finding someone who actually wants this item might take some time.

Thanks again for taking a moment to share your insight.
