Loose DOL-019 (Gamecube SD Card Adapter)

I recently got a DOL-019 for about £15 - it's unboxed and a wee bit beaten up so I'm not sure if £15 is cheap or a just decent price for it. The few boxed listings I have seen recently have gone for £40+.
I'd appreciate if anyone knew of the average prices of these!
