World of Nintendo Cabinet

I was possibly looking to sell these soon, but I wasn't sure what kind of value these World of Nintendo cabinets have and whether they are 100% original.  I bought these off a guy about 20 years ago, and he said he purchased them from a Kmart that no longer wanted them.  That part seems legit because all of the hang tabs are from Kmart.  I also compared my cabinets to information in another post about what model it could be and I verified that with the picture of my tag.  All of the original locks/keys are included, and they both light up.

With all of that being said, I was just looking for an approximate value on these cabintets so I can price accordingly if I decide to sell.  Thanks everyone!

  • These are going to be like arcade cabinets or pinball tables, where the price is going to be a function of how many buyers you have in easy driving distance.

They can be shipped, but freight charges on something like this are probably $500+.

I seem to recall seeing sales on these for $2000, or more, though, so to a motivated buyer, shipping may not kill the deal.

(i.e. more in the range of the low-end pinball market than even the higher end of typical arcade cabinets)

Some are willing to travel across the country but those closest to you may likely have the greatest interest in actually springing for them.

  • It looks like that is a 60" ? If so, they are worth 2000-3500 depending upon condition. The higher end of 3500 being rare, only for really motivated (and rich) buyers.  Plus freight charges of course, if you are not driving for local pickup.

the pricing on these are kinda like nwc's. Someone will pay more than others, depending upon their personal wealth. They are reasonably rare items, so they fetch a nice premium at times.
  • Thank you for the info! At least it gives me a good starting point in where to begin pricing them if I decide to sell.
  • Those World of Nintendo cabinets are beautiful. I've always wanted to own one but that is very unlikely living all the way in Australia (don't even want to guess postage costs lol).
