This is what I'm seeing in the first post now at the top of the rules.
Auction Rules:
-You must be an NA member before the start of the auction.
That was the initial post.. then the edit happened which changed it to allow new members registered after the start of the auction to bid... reason I mention it is because in the past, users were creating multiple accounts to shill the bid or to win multiple copies. These activities are why most people require the member prior to start of auction. Just makes me feel uneasy.

Can preference be given to those with accounts created before? Or require feedback? Or something?

Shill bidding/multiple copies seems unfair.
Just to be clear, I am not accusing the OP of shill bidding / other members of creating multiple accounts to win multiple copies in this auction... just know it has happened in the past with other member's auctions/releases. And I thought changing rules like that after the auction started was not allowed, though I could be wrong... its been a long while since I have read the rules / been on the site and realize things could have changed.
Thanks to everyone pointing out the contradictory rules.
As a result, the rule about allowing people to register and bid after start of auction is no longer in effect. Ie. original rule from top of the rule list is in effect.
Again, we apologize for confusion, just realized that
We will look into it and let you know as soon as possible
Also, someone asked over private messages if you can increase your previous bid and the answer is yes, you can, but you need to do so in a new message, editing your previous bids is not allowed.
While you're checking shipping, you might want to see if Canada differs from the US and post it as well. There is a not-insignificant number of Canadian members on NA.

Sending a game to Canada and South Korea is not a problem. It will not cause additional costs. I will add this information to the first post.

@Br81zad
Duplicates are allowed. The person who made a bid earlier will be a priority, though.

I'll update OP with relevant information.

Which time zone? CET?
Edited in the dollar sign... I saw the edit rule afterwards so hopefully the bid is still ok.
-The Auction has now a time limit set to 23:59 (11:59pm) of April 22th.
Which time zone? CET?
Some clarification from OP would be nice, but we should be using NA time per site rules:
