How could this happen? The Publishers has to work with 3 parties (Nintendo) for the carts. They are shipped to a packaging company that provides the cases and shrink wrap. Another company does the printing and ships to the packaging company. So the company didn't change the internal image and Wild Guns was the last on the press.

I checked the websites of Walmart, Best Buy and Target, and I could only find it on the Target website. Looks like the Target stores around me aren’t selling it. They are only selling it online.

I visited GameStop a few moments ago and they don’t have it. The employee searched their database and couldn’t find anything. I ended up buying one on eBay.
