MegaMan 2 Plug n Play Arcade Button Upgrade
I picked up the Megaman 2 plug and play from Walmart yesterday. It isn't really that great, but for $20, its not that bad.
I can tolerate the many shortcomings that it has, but one thing that is driving me crazy is the two main buttons. They don't quite seem to be sticking, but they sometimes don't completely disengage when I am pressing them quickly and so some of my button presses are not registered. This is not acceptable when jumping over holes.
From the looks of it, they appear to be arcade sized buttons, but I am no expert with arcade controllers, so can't confirm. Can anyone confirm if they are standard sized arcade buttons. If so, could someone recommend some good quality arcade buttons that I could use to replace the existing ones.

Not sure what buttons you'd use. Good luck with your gaming.
Have you taken it apart to see what type of buttons and switches are used?
I’ll try to open it up tonight

If they are "real" arcade buttons it should be pretty obvious (when you compare how the undersides look with other buttons available online).
