Power Glove Unresponsive
I've had this Power Glove for a few years now. It didn't work when I first tested it and now I'm getting back around to it.
Depending on the angle of the sensor cable and the system, the Power Glove will either beep several times in quick succession or it will beep once and then the LED light on the glove itself will light up. I'm assuming the later is normal behavior.
The issues I have right now are:
1. The sensor's LEDs never light up
2. The glove's buttons are unresponsive
I have tried using start and select to no avail, even under program #14, which I believe allows you to disable all motion controls.
I tried Commando and with the Power Glove plugged in it constantly switches between 1 Player and 2 Player as if the select button keeps getting pressed.
Based on the fact that depending on how the sensor is plugged into the system the glove powers on I have a feeling the issue lies in there but I"m not sure.
If anyone has any insight to this issue I would greatly appreciate it. I'm happy to answer any clarifying questions or provide pictures.

Do you have a schematics diagram and have you ohm checked the wires to make sure there isn't a short somewhere?
I have not. I was hoping it would be something simpler but now I fear you may be right.
