Help naming NES game

I saw a AVGN episode where he had a game that had "kick ass" printed on the lower corner. It may have been a unlicensed game not sure. I've googled it but to no avail. Any ideas?

No that's the problem. I've scanned a couple episodes that I thought it might be on but no luck. Not really in the mood for a avgn marathon lol.

Only game in that series. It wasn't in a regular AVGN episode, but one of the update videos.
