Chubby Cherub 9/10 CIB?

Heya guys, I have someone locally who is looking to trade/sell what I would consider about a 9/10 or better Chubby Cherub CIB. He has a few other boxes and things I need as well, but I wasn't sure what to value it at. It has the hangtab intact and a minty manual and cart. There is one small indentation on the back, but man it's small. I have no idea what to offer though. I don't have any pics at the moment, but I was curious what I should be looking to value an excellent one at?

    Tough to find this box id start at $750 and look to move up depending what else the seller has. If they want 1k they can probably get that if its really a 9/10 or better.
