One of my friends picked this up in the wild and texted me a picture of it asking what it's worth. I know it's quite rare and valuable, but I couldn't find much information online. Any Sega CD guys here know? Also I'm pretty sure he's keeping it for his own collection at the moment to those who would ask if he was interested in selling it.

    i think i got mine for a bit under $300 with an ebay coupon earlier this year. but it looks like there's a couple sold for $500+. it's hard to find a nice copy so it's definitely a seller's market if he wants to unload it.

    Paid $230 for mine but I have had it for over 2 + years now. Did take a while to find a nice looking one, and at the time I felt like it was a slight overpay but it was mint condition and I never did come across a better one or lower price.

    Game value now.com is a pretty solid way to find averages across a ton of platforms. And they have a lot calculator which is nice. Just sayin

    I've got a sealed one for sale, but it's the PAL version (HK release). The PAL one usually fetches around 300 quid, but it sells so rarely it is hard to keep track of. Very niche market, the PAL Sega CD collecting scene, lol!
