Sega Saturn Kiosk tabletop Sonic 3-D blast
I am thinking of buying, but not sure of the price. Can't find on eBay. It's a tabletop so I think the asking price of $749 is quite a bit high. The only one I find is the one I am looking at...Thanks in advance.

The reason why I'm questioning it and saying parts are custom is because the "Sonic 3D Blast" is stretched without it's proportions constricted, and there's a rated "T" symbol on the side. Sonic 3D Blast was never rated "T" (No Sonic game was now that I think about it... the only closest one was Shadow the Hedgehog which was rated E-10)
So yeah, it's an okay custom, but $749 is a bit high. It's probably set that price due to the work put into it?
Not sure what original kiosk it came from, but elements of it look custom
It's a Genesis kiosk that's been modified. I'm guessing the Sega sign that should be on top was missing so he came up with this 3D Blast custom idea

Ah, I see it now. I was about to question the sign too, but I wasn't sure. Looking it up, I see it's the ones that house a DS-16 as well, at least I think it's the same one.
Could also be why it's a table top too, it was probably a gutted or damaged Genesis kiosk that was re-worked into a Saturn one.
Not sure if it's the lighting, but it looks to be either painted black, or it might even be from a Sega Sports kiosk. http://segaage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=46&threadid=81379
Then again, it might not be black. lol
I still think $749 is a bit much. Espeically with it being incomplete, mis-shapen/incorrect logos and without original components. I'm not trying to be hard on the guy who worked on the custom, but just my two cents.

This is why I posted it so don't worry about being too hard LOL. I'm going to offer $300 and see what happens. Doubt I'll get it but who knows. I don't think I want to go too much higher than that.
Thanks for all the input.
Also i dont thing he ever posted any photos of it not in the dark so condition could also be an issue.
No kidding. When someone is selling anything like this for $750, it's not unreasonable to ask for a few decent pictures.
Of course, you will always get the excuse, "sorry, my camera sucks." Find another one. 3 out of every 4 people have a good quality camera in their pocket right now.
