Finally got around to taking some pics for awards 4 here, Proto, Test Cart, Singer Izek, and (GB Pocket) Kiosk.
Couple questions; Does custom Gameboy count for custom console award? Does 25+ imports have to be Japan? Pretty sure I have 25+ Japan but I also have loadssss of UK / Europe imports.

Import doesn't have to explicitly be Japan, to my knowledge. If you make a submission with EU games and I'm the one to process it (pretty likely) I'd let it through.
Custom Game Boy is a custom console, so yes that would count.

I believe the inclusions for cart-only are the same as for Complete-in-box, so I guess I'd ask: Would those be required for THAT collection? i.e. is there a CIB? Were they available at retail? (Sorry, not very familiar with them myself)

Wow. I knew from the BR forum that you were working on the NES set a year or two ago, but had no idea you were doing SNES as well. How long did that take you?
i've been collecting the snes for a while actually but pretty heavily for the past 7-8 years. Once i finished up the NES (except Stadium Events) really focused on finishing up the SNES. SNES is my favorite console of all time. lately i've been ordering the foreign carts from aliexpress or etsy for it.
