I've only seen a few. One I had which I then sold. They are usually in bad shape. That one doesn't look bad. As a matter of fact it looks like my old one.

Yes.

Good condition ones are hard to find. I personally wouldn't pay over $250 for it though, and I'm a former Star Fox memorabilia hunter.

Alright you guys convinced me, plus I thought it was pretty cool myself. Apparently the guy I bought it from was the UX designer for Arkham Asylum and other modern games. Actually I bought... everything he had! (I landed up getting a 50% discount on all he had left if I bought it all so I don't think I could say no.)
