I did a little research myself and this game was one of 2 games packaged with the PSone. I don't think it's worth too much as I found 1 copy on ebay for $20.
Yeah thats exactly what it is. Its from one of the early system bundles. Disk only it isnt worth too much, but the full system bundle is pretty HTF. Also for more info on stuff like this feel free to join up at playstationcollecting.com. There are lots of people there who know everything playstation.
